Processor DP-1022A is a special agent designed for polyurethane slab-stock foam to improving the elongation of foam. this feature is very obviously
benefit in high filler filled foam (such as CaCO3). DP-1022A can increase at least 10% elongation of foams , DP-1022A also can be used in MDI based viscoelastic foams utility in improving significantly tensile/tear/elongation properties of foams.

Advised dosage is 0.5-2.0 per 100 polyol
Recommend to decreased 5-10% T-9, increase 10% amine catalyst,Specially in formulations using CaCO3 fillers formulation , MDI based Viscoelastic foams, HR foam.
